Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to provide essential care to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds. This role offers meaningful interactions daily while delivering exceptional personal and healthcare support.
Employment Details
Part-time and casual positions are available in Niagara Falls, Ontario. Full and part-time roles include guaranteed bi-weekly hours and company-sponsored health benefits for employees and their families.

Responsibilities
As a PSW, you will deliver personalized care allowing clients to maintain independence and comfort at home. You will assist with daily living tasks according to individualized care plans, including cognitive, social, and emotional support. Duties may involve meal preparation, laundry, home safety checks, and other related tasks.
Care plans could encompass skin, hair, and oral hygiene; bathing; bowel and bladder assistance; mobility and exercise; feeding and special diets; oxygen administration; and medication reminders. Specialized clinical tasks will be performed with appropriate training and oversight, with thorough documentation of care provided.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent certification as a Personal Support Worker (verification required)
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- French language proficiency required only for Quebec-based roles or where explicitly stated
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and dependable personal vehicle
- Provision of two supervisory references
- Clear criminal background check including vulnerable sector screening
- Proof of negative tuberculosis (TB) test
