Payroll Analyst

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee payroll operations primarily for the UK and other EMEA countries. Your role will be critical in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and punctual delivery within the global payroll function, supporting both operational excellence and payroll transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete payroll processes end-to-end for designated countries.
• Prepare, assess, and submit monthly payroll inputs to third-party providers.
• Handle payroll modifications related to new hires, terminations, compensation, and benefits changes.
• Review and confirm payroll drafts to guarantee accuracy prior to approval.
• Perform monthly payroll reconciliations and prepare control summaries.
• Ensure payroll disbursements are executed accurately and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Finance and Employee Resource Center teams for month-end closure and resolve payroll inquiries.
• Assist with audit requests, compliance checks, and payroll reporting requirements.
• Deliver exceptional employee experience through timely and clear communication.
• Work closely with internal teams and external payroll vendors.
• Participate in ongoing payroll transformation initiatives, including implementing new UK payroll systems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven payroll experience with in-depth knowledge of Irish and UK payroll laws and compliance.
• Experience with EMEA and/or US payroll operations considered an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to manage full-cycle payroll operations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Capability to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Interviews may be conducted face-to-face or remotely via video.
