Role Overview

The Partner Relationship Representative on the Indirect Team plays a crucial role in supporting partners on a national scale by facilitating the onboarding, verification, and activation of new merchants. This position is based out of the Sandyford, Dublin office and involves driving partnership growth and ensuring smooth operational flow within the payment solutions sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support partners through the processes of merchant onboarding, verification, and activation.
  • Proactively identify and engage prospective new partners to expand the company’s collaboration network.
  • Manage complex partner issues by escalating cases beyond the frontline resolution scope.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for partner interactions and queries.
  • Contribute to production targets and growth objectives of the Indirect Team.
  • Maintain an interest and adaptability towards AI-powered tools and enhanced AI working environments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of two years’ experience collaborating cross-functionally to improve partner relationships and drive business outcomes.
  • Aptitude for recognizing business opportunities and value within technology-driven commercial solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities with confidence interacting across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English at a business communication level.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual basic salary ranging from €60,000 to €75,000, dependant on experience and skills.
  • Performance-based incentives up to 1.5 times the base annual salary, disbursed monthly.
