Overnight Associate

Position Summary

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by efficiently performing assigned duties related to receiving and managing merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor placement. Key responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and processing merchandise while maintaining a safe and clean working environment. The associate works collaboratively as part of a team to strategically plan and execute tasks based on workload and store operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor before store opening by setting up displays and signage.
• Merchandise and label product features effectively.
• Perform live unloading of various merchandise types.
• Focus on labeling and organizing merchandise in backroom bins, differentiating this role from day or evening fulfillment positions.
• Transport pallets between the backroom and sales floor during overnight processing.
• Assist in restocking the sales floor and provide customer service as needed.
• Ensure the sales floor is properly labeled and ready for the store opening.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace by following company policies, completing safety sweep logs, and securing displays and fixtures.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $16.15 per hour.
