Overnight Associate

Position Overview

This role involves providing excellent customer service by efficiently managing tasks related to receiving merchandise and ensuring smooth movement of products to the sales floor. Responsibilities include unloading trailers, moving pallets, and aiding in merchandise processing while promoting a safe and orderly environment. The Associate will collaborate with the team to prioritize and execute duties according to the workload and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor to open the store each morning
• Merchandising and labeling promotional features
• Performing live unloading of various merchandise types
• Emphasizing labeling and organizing merchandise within backroom storage bins, setting it apart from daytime/evening roles
• Transporting pallets of goods to and from the sales floor for overnight handling
• Supporting sales floor stocking and providing customer assistance when needed
• Labelling areas on the sales floor to prepare for store opening
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace by following company policies, completing safety logs, and securing displays and fixtures

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years

Additional Information
