Organizational Development Manager

Role Summary

Harmony Clud Barbershop is looking for a strategic and people-oriented Organizational Development Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency, foster employee engagement, develop leadership capabilities, and nurture a positive work culture. This position is responsible for diagnosing organizational needs, creating and implementing people and organizational strategies, aiding change management efforts, designing talent and leadership development programs, analyzing workforce data, and collaborating with business leaders to boost performance and cooperation.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of organizational development concepts including talent management, change management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Familiarity with leadership growth, succession planning, performance appraisal, and workforce planning processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities to interpret organizational and employee metrics.
• Superior communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong skills in project management and strategic planning.
• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively across different departments.
