Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Manager to head our comprehensive training development team, employing industry-standard frameworks to design effective training programs. This role is based at our 249 Jalan Boon Lay facility in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the training development team through the entire process of creating impactful training experiences.
- Interpret operational and client requirements into efficient, scalable training solutions promoting business expansion and ongoing enhancement.
- Guide stakeholders on optimal training methodologies, including delivery techniques, sequencing, and evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development and Programme Management units to bolster new proposals, bids, and capability showcases.
- Analyze customer operations to identify structured and outcome-driven training necessities.
- Incorporate cutting-edge training technologies to boost learning efficacy and results.
- Assess training program success and drive improvements informed by feedback and performance metrics.
- Develop detailed and professional reports and presentations encompassing training analysis, design, delivery, quality assurance, and enhancement findings.
- Provide recommendations to internal teams and clients on economical and effective training resources and deployment strategies.
- Work with curriculum developers to create, approve, and continually refine training curricula, lesson plans, materials, and assessments, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, client requirements, contracts, and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in training development or roles within training schools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior training experience within the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) is advantageous.
- Proven background in conducting Training Development and Training Needs Analysis.
