Oracle Application Database Administrator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Single Sign-On (SSO) Administrator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing Oracle Identity products and supporting seamless SSO integration with Oracle ERP and related applications, ensuring high availability and robust user authentication.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee administration of Oracle Identity Directory (OID), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), and WebLogic Server versions 11g and 12c on Linux systems to maintain SSO environments.
• Provide comprehensive technical support for SSO components including OID, OAM integrations with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise applications.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SSO functionality and system performance, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruptions.

Technical Expertise Required

• Proficient with Oracle Identity products: OID, OAM, and WebLogic architecture and administration.
• Experience integrating SSO with Oracle E-Business Suite and other enterprise software products.
• Implement user synchronization between OID and Active Directory.
• Configure SSO for Oracle Hyperion and Oracle E-Business Suite protected by Web Network Authentication (WNA).
• Manage integration of OAM with OID directory services.
• Apply patches and upgrades to OID, OAM, and WebLogic environments.
• Install and configure WebLogic Server and manage administration console operations.
• Troubleshoot user and system issues efficiently, including login problems with Oracle ERP and SSO components.
• Set up SSL on WebLogic, OAM, OID, and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) along with importing third-party certificates into OAM keystore.
• Implement application protection/unprotection strategies using SSO mechanisms.
• Enable two-factor authentication features such as One-Time Password (OTP).
• Develop and customize SSO web pages tailored to application requirements.
