Rentokil Boecker UAE invites applications for the role of Operations Officer based in Dubai. We seek a dynamic and organized individual to oversee daily operations effectively.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily operational tasks and the scheduling of services.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, technical staff, and internal teams.
- Oversee service delivery to ensure adherence to operational standards.
- Compile reports and keep precise operational documentation.
- Assist the Operations team in addressing everyday operational challenges.
- Maintain strict compliance with company policies and health and safety guidelines.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Experience in operations management, coordination, or roles with similar responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills paired with strong organizational capabilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license is considered advantageous.
- Prior experience in pest control or facilities management is beneficial.
