Key Responsibilities

• Service and upkeep of washroom hygiene products across diverse client locations.
• Operate independently to achieve service delivery goals.
• Proactively handle on-site client concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Comply with all Safety, Health, and Environmental policies.
• Utilize mobile technology for efficient documentation and reporting.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses an active Australian driver's license (Green P-plates are acceptable).
• Experience in cleaning or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work solo as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Attention to detail, especially in hygiene and service quality, with a readiness to suggest improvements.
• Current Working With Children Check required.

• Completion of police, medical, and reference checks as part of the hiring process.
