About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Odoo FullStack Developer to join our team on a night shift schedule. The role involves developing and customizing Odoo modules and applications, collaborating closely with the development team to design, build, and maintain robust and reusable code. The position offers a remote work mode with shift timings Monday to Friday from 9 PM to 6 AM, and Saturday from 9 PM to 2 AM.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and adapt Odoo modules and applications based on specific business needs.
- Design and roll out new features within the Odoo framework.
- Integrate Odoo with external third-party systems and software.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within Odoo deployments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to effectively capture and implement business requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality and consistency with coding standards.
- Document code and system configurations comprehensively for future maintenance and reference.
- Keep abreast of the latest advancements in Odoo and related technological trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Odoo Developer with deep understanding of the Odoo architecture and framework.
- Expertise with Python programming language, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL database queries.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo custom development and module creation.
- Solid knowledge of web technologies and frameworks such as Flask, Django, React or Angular.
- Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL.
- Experience utilizing version control systems, especially Git.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Good communication and collaborative abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and efficiently handle multiple projects.
Preferred Skills
- Certification or formal training in Odoo development.
- Experience working with Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise editions.
- Understanding of business processes across various sectors such as accounting, inventory management, and sales.
- Exposure to agile development methodologies.
Work Schedule and Mode
This role operates during night shift hours from 9 PM to 6 AM Monday through Friday, and 9 PM to 2 AM on Saturdays. It is offered as a remote position.

Salary Details
The compensation range for this role is between 300,000 and 800,000 INR annually.
