About the Role
Join our team as a Night Audit Agent at b'mine Frankfurt Airport. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about front office operations and guest interaction, offering a chance to contribute ideas and actively participate in shaping the hotel experience through flat hierarchies and quick decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests, including VIPs.
- Handle guest inquiries via phone and email.
- Take primary responsibility for night shift operations.
- Perform daily closing procedures including all relevant reports.
- Prepare arrivals for the upcoming day.
- Carry out organizational and administrative duties in both front and back office areas.
- Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure exceptional hotel services.
- Contribute to achieving targets related to guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in front office, guest relations, or similar roles preferred but career changers are welcome.
- Strong guest-focused approach and enjoyment in working with people.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in German at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with a solution-oriented mindset.
