Join our team as a Night Audit Agent at b'mine Frankfurt Airport. Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out processes for guests, including VIPs.
• Handle guest inquiries via phone and email.
• Take primary responsibility for night shift operations.
• Perform daily closing procedures including all relevant reports.
• Prepare arrivals for the upcoming day.
• Carry out organizational and administrative duties in both front and back office areas.
• Collaborate closely with all departments to ensure exceptional hotel services.
• Contribute to achieving targets related to guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in front office, guest relations, or similar roles preferred but career changers are welcome.
• Strong guest-focused approach and enjoyment in working with people.
• Excellent communication skills with proficiency in German at B2/C1 level, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly with a solution-oriented mindset.
