Position Overview
We seek an exceptional Motion Designer who excels in motion, composition, and visual storytelling to elevate our creative output. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-output environment, takes full ownership of projects from concept to completion, and consistently raises the creative standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce motion graphics and visual assets supporting marketing efforts, social media, and branding campaigns.
- Create polished animations, seamless transitions, and compelling visual effects for both short and long-form content.
- Work in close collaboration with Creative Directors, video editors, company founders, and growth teams.
- Translate product ideas and features into captivating motion visuals.
- Leverage Generative AI workflows to accelerate creation and enhance quality of motion design outputs.
- Tailor creative assets to optimize engagement on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and X.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise with image and video Generative AI tools.
- Proficiency in advanced motion design software such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalents.
- Strong grasp of typography, composition, animation principles, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Proven track record of independently managing projects from inception through delivery.
- Keen aesthetic judgment aligned with visual and marketing culture, capable of pitching compelling creative ideas.
- Familiarity with social media content formats, current trends, and audience engagement strategies.

- This is a full-time position based onsite at our Almaty office; relocation support is provided.
