Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement comprehensive training pipelines for cutting-edge computer vision models specializing in video and image generation.
• Construct sophisticated data pipelines that convert raw multimedia inputs—images, videos, text, and audio—into meticulously annotated datasets to support model training and validation.
• Collaborate closely with data scraping and annotation teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Enhance models focusing on performance factors such as speed, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Develop supportive tools and frameworks to expedite the processes of training, assessing, and deploying large-scale models.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including product and design to align technical efforts with business goals.
• Aim to outperform competing models on recognized public benchmarks like LMArena and Artificial Analysis.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in training and deploying machine learning models into production environments, preferably with large-scale vision models (especially diffusion models), natural language processing, or multimodal architectures.
• Proven expertise in model training, optimizing, and evaluation, with practical knowledge of distributed training methods and multi-GPU setups considered advantageous.
• Familiarity with contemporary ML research trends, frameworks, and tooling including PyTorch, Hugging Face, DeepSpeed, Accelerate, and Ray.
• Experience assessing complex machine learning systems and their outcomes.
• Comfort collaborating within a fast-changing, high-pressure startup atmosphere.
• Strong communication abilities enabling effective teamwork across research, engineering, and product divisions.
