Position Overview
Join Chubb Fire & Security as a Monitoring Operator at our Jandakot Monitoring Centre in Perth. Operate within a crucial 24/7 control room environment responsible for monitoring fire alarm events and managing emergency responses to safeguard lives and property across multiple Australian states.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and respond promptly to fire alarm triggers and manage incoming and outgoing communications.
- Coordinate closely with customers, emergency services, technicians, security personnel, and facility managers.
- Maintain precise administrative records for all alarm monitoring activities.
- Log and arrange after-hours service requests and schedule technician dispatches efficiently.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably within contact center settings.
- Excellent verbal communication skills combined with proficient computer use.
- Ability to maintain composure, professionalism, and strong attention to detail under pressure.
- Self-driven with capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 shift schedule.
Work Schedule, Remuneration & Benefits
- Full-time employment under the Clerks Private Sector Award.
- Rotating roster with 12-hour shifts: four days on, four days off, followed by four nights on and four nights off.
- Annual salary range between AUD 72,000 and AUD 82,000.
