Role Details
- Title: Mobile Fleet Coordinator
- Location: Mayfield, Cork
- Working Hours: Monday through Friday with possible weekend availability
- Onsite position
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall coordination of deployed mobile vehicles.
- Schedule and monitor vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with vehicle-related regulations.
- Oversee coordination of fleet leases.
- Conduct process and quality checks on mobile operational procedures.
- Ensure vehicles are properly equipped.
- Provide support to branch management.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in coordination or administrative functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hold a valid full clean driving license for manual vehicles.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite and flexibility in scheduling.
