About The Role

We are seeking a Master Data Assistant to join our team at the Heatherton Support Office. This role is essential for maintaining accurate, consistent product and pricing data across various systems. The position goes beyond typical data entry, requiring management of multiple systems, application of logical and commercial judgment, and ensuring the integrity of data flowing through the organization. It involves close collaboration with Merchandising and other stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, handling data, and taking responsibility for their tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee product and pricing information within multiple platforms, including AX.
  • Ensure seamless data flow across systems, verifying alignment with pricing strategies and business regulations.
  • Update costs, retail prices, product descriptions, create new items, and implement product file enhancements.
  • Respond to support requests from a shared inbox within 24 hours.
  • Detect and correct data inconsistencies with a focus on precision and prompt turnaround.
  • Contribute to system testing, upgrades, and ongoing improvement projects.

Candidate Profile

  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly with VLOOKUP and data manipulation capabilities.
  • Experience managing data across multiple systems simultaneously; familiarity with AX is highly valued.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with confidence in decision-making and ownership.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle large volumes of tasks, including managing shared inboxes and adhering to SLAs.

Benefits & Culture

  • Additional leave entitlements including a fifth week of annual leave, two well-being days, and one volunteer day per year.
  • Extensive opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
  • Gender-neutral primary carer parental leave of 12 weeks.
  • An inclusive workplace culture recognized with Bronze Employer status for LGBTQ inclusion.
  • Demonstrated gender pay equity with a pay gap under 5% (WGEA 2024–2025).
  • Gold-level mental health accreditation by Mental Health Australia.
  • Workplace flexibility supported by Flex Ready and Family Friendly accreditations.
