About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage procurement of inventory stock.
- Oversee stock control and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate with suppliers through phone and email channels.
- Coordinate the process of returning credits to suppliers.
- Support all activities related to stocktakes.
- Analyze market trends and customer stock needs.
- Perform routine office functions.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks.
- Strong collaborator and team player.
- Excellent time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in purchasing roles.
- Competence in operating within budget constraints.
- Experience in trade environments and familiarity with trade products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Passion for continuous personal and professional improvement.
