Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a Manager Business Analytics (m/w/d) at Ernsting's family GmbH & Co. KG, based in Coesfeld, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. This full-time onsite role involves managing and supporting digital tracking and analytics in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of client-side and server-side tracking systems for the webshop and app, including testing and adhering to fundamental privacy and consent regulations such as GDPR and CMP.
- Support the management of tracking solutions across digital marketing channels, ensuring accurate conversion and session tracking.
- Participate in monitoring data quality and establishing alerts for data anomalies.
- Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing, IT, and the Data team to align tracking requirements and internal data processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Initial practical experience in digital tracking or web/marketing analytics, including setup implementation or analytics.
- Basic knowledge of tag management systems like Commanders Act or Google Tag Manager.
- Preferably some exposure to server-side tracking.
- Strong, structured, and reliable work approach with enthusiasm for data and numbers.
- Effective communication skills, including with non-technical colleagues.
- Team-oriented mindset with eagerness to gradually take on more responsibility.
- Fluent German language skills at C1 level.
- Work authorization for Germany is required.
