Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

The role involves active participation in a planned maintenance cleaning routine aimed at maintaining a hygienic and secure environment for both shoppers and employees while managing costs effectively.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Stocking 3 Coach and team members to uphold a thorough cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety regulations and maintain cold chain protocols.
• Perform prompt cleaning tasks across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist with the regular inspection of maintenance and cleaning tools to confirm their operability and ensure availability of necessary supplies.
• Encourage a safe workplace by completing mandatory in-store certification programs and following company policies rigorously.
• Conduct floor cleaning as needed through methods such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet care, covering all non-sales floor spaces.

Compensation Details

This position offers a minimum hourly wage starting at 16.45 CAD.

Minimum Requirements

• Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
