Maintenance Supervisor – Electrical & Mechanical

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Supervisor with expertise in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems to oversee maintenance operations for high-speed printing, packaging, corrugation, and converting machinery in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee daily preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for complex machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical, electronic, mechanical systems including PLCs, HMIs, drives, and control systems.
• Manage maintenance and troubleshooting of PCB cards, power/control cards, power supplies, Baumüller & Lenze drives, and industrial control equipment.
• Utilize hands-on expertise with Siemens, Mitsubishi & Fatek PLCs, HMI systems, and Lenze drive programming.
• Maintain and troubleshoot a broad range of equipment including Komori GL, Man Roland R706, BOBST NOVA 106 E, Domino, Diana, Jagenberg, Sheeter, Kodak CTP, Polar machinery, compressors, and chillers.
• Develop and track preventive maintenance schedules, machine checklists, breakdown reports, work orders, and key maintenance performance indicators.
• Lead maintenance technicians by assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely, effective completion of work.
• Support new machine installation, commissioning, modifications, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations alongside maintenance and machinery safety protocols.
• Analyze recurring machine issues to implement root cause analysis and corrective measures aimed at improving reliability and minimizing downtime.

Candidate Requirements

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least five years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably within printing, packaging, corrugation, or converting sectors.
• Proven hands-on skills for troubleshooting and leading maintenance teams.
• In-depth knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, drives, industrial electronics, and preventive maintenance frameworks.
• Capability to perform effectively under production pressure and manage urgent machine breakdown situations.
