About the Role
Join a global leader in agricultural and food solutions as a Maintenance Planner based in Lehliu Gară, Călăraşi, Romania. This role focuses on maintaining electrical installations and updating instrumentation lists in production facilities to support continuous operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage approved maintenance notifications and maintain Work Orders using SAP.
- Plan and organize necessary resources including personnel, materials, spare parts, and services for each Work Order; manage stock levels and raise Purchase Requisitions.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers of materials and services and ensure critical maintenance information is distributed within the team.
- Assist in preparing work lists, allocating resources, and estimating costs for major maintenance activities such as General Overhauls and scheduled shutdowns.
- Update and maintain SAP records for Preventive Maintenance routes and related work orders, manage external service providers’ work orders, and verify timesheets.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Maintenance Planner.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
