The Knowledge Management Global Process Owner will join a global team based in Mohali, Punjab, working on impactful projects that enhance core business operations. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a global knowledge management process aligned with business technology goals, encompassing knowledge domains, capture and sharing systems, and performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of knowledge management specialists, fostering continuous learning and providing performance feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure knowledge integration across departments and geographies by building strong relationships and customizing communications and training.
- Implement continuous improvements in the knowledge management process using data analytics, best practices, and stakeholder inputs to identify and apply innovative solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs to promote understanding and adoption of the knowledge management process tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Oversee allocation and utilization of knowledge management resources efficiently.
- Stay current with industry trends and evolving knowledge management technologies through research, professional networks, and conferences, integrating innovations where appropriate.
Impact and Leadership
- Influence global knowledge sharing and utilization across Bunge.
- Lead a specialized team of two knowledge management professionals.
- Contribute significantly to improved decision-making, innovation, and operational efficiency.
- Design and refine the overarching knowledge management strategy, spearheading change initiatives and cultivating a culture of collaboration.
- Manage operational plans, resource allocation, and report on performance to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
Candidate typically holds a bachelor's degree in Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline. The role requires 6 to 10 years of experience in knowledge management including experience in a leadership capacity. Professional certifications in the field are advantageous.
