Maintenance Executive

Job Overview

We are searching for a Maintenance Executive to manage the daily upkeep of production machinery, electrical infrastructure, and plant equipment at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing downtime and optimizing utility usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage routine maintenance of production machines and electrical systems including motors, compressors, pumps, DG sets, and wiring.
• Plan and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption.
• Quickly respond to machine breakdowns, reducing downtime efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of breakdowns, preventive maintenance tasks, and spare parts inventory.
• Supervise maintenance staff including technicians, electricians, and helpers to ensure quality work.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to understand and fulfill maintenance needs.
• Monitor electrical panels and other utilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Identify recurring faults and initiate corrective measures to prevent future issues.
• Ensure critical maintenance spares are stocked and available when required.
• Liaise with external vendors or service providers for specialized repairs or maintenance jobs.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and relocation of new machinery and equipment.
• Monitor energy consumption and seek ways to reduce maintenance-related and utility expenses.
• Report significant breakdowns and maintenance concerns to senior management promptly.

Salary and Additional Information

The monthly salary range for this position is INR 16,000 to 18,000.
