Role Overview

As the Logistics Responsible, you will manage daily stockroom operations, ensuring organized inventory control while providing excellent customer service. This role requires physical activity and dedication to maintaining the core of the store — the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee stockroom operations, including receiving goods and efficiently stacking pallets in the warehouse.
• Manage product handling within both the warehouse and sales floor areas.
• Process customer orders accurately and timely.
• Promote and train colleagues on safety procedures in the stockroom environment.
• Maintain an attractive and well-supplied store through organized merchandise presentation.
• Contribute to store sales by engaging customers on the floor, ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

• Capable of coordination and delegation when needed.

• A team player who also thrives when working independently and enjoys customer interaction.
• Adaptable and able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
• Previous experience in stockroom or warehouse operations within retail is advantageous.
