Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the bank's Learning Management System (LMS) along with other learning technology platforms, including tasks such as user administration, content uploads, course scheduling, and generating reports.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot issues experienced by end-users, including employees and trainers, pertaining to learning technology tools.
• Collaborate closely with learning and development experts to integrate fresh learning materials and functionalities into existing platforms.
• Assist in assessing, choosing, and implementing new learning technologies and tools aligned with the evolving needs of the organization.
• Create and disseminate training sessions and user guides that enable employees to proficiently utilize the learning technology platforms and their features.
• Track and analyze usage data related to learning technologies to discover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and produce key metric reports.
• Ensure all learning technology platforms comply with relevant data privacy and security laws and regulations.
• Contribute to LearnTech team initiatives aimed at driving continuous improvements and achieving strategic goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven technical competence and familiarity with various learning technologies, including authoring tools, virtual classrooms, and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical ability for problem-solving and handling technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Capability to function both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting software is advantageous.
• Previous exposure to the banking or financial service sector is considered a plus.
