As a Lead Security Architect, you will steer the enterprise-wide security architecture strategy, focusing on zero trust principles. This senior leadership position requires collaborating with enterprise architects, solution designers, devsecops teams, and leadership to design secure, resilient technology solutions for diverse, complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and execution of zero trust security architecture across Singtel's IT and enterprise domains.
• Create and manage roadmaps to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities aligned with annual business objectives.
• Assess novel cybersecurity technologies and industry trends to enhance security posture.
• Monitor emerging cyber risks and coordinate mitigations against industry-wide threats.
• Communicate architectural deficiencies and organizational risk posture effectively to executive leadership and governance bodies.
• Translate complex cybersecurity risks into comprehensible business impact statements for diverse stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of zero trust security frameworks for IT and business projects.
• Conduct threat modelling and comprehensive risk assessments for various enterprise applications and infrastructure initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reusable security reference architectures and design pattern templates.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• At least eight years of pertinent experience in cybersecurity roles.
• Strong expertise in network security technologies, including macro and micro segmentation, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), SDWAN, and perimeter security controls.
• Proficiency in infrastructure and system security methodologies.
• Experience with threat modelling techniques and zero trust security frameworks.
• Familiarity with 'Security by Design' principles incorporated into the software development lifecycle.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CCIE, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalents.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the capability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams, make informed decisions under pressure, and manage expectations effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
