Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of product executives supporting product development, engineering, and administrative functions.
• Oversee coordination of product operations with Product Managers, IT, Operations, and Sales departments.
• Ensure all product administration complies with governance standards and internal control policies.
• Generate and evaluate routine reports covering financial performance, product status updates, modifications, and data quality measurements.
• Maintain accurate product manuals, process documentation, and knowledge bases.
• Track service requests and administrative tasks ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.
• Spot opportunities to automate product administration processes to enhance efficiency.
• Recommend and implement enhancements in product governance and operational workflows.
• Participate actively in initiatives for system upgrades, process improvement, and leveraging automation and AI to streamline product administration.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Preferably have 5 years of experience engaging with enterprise product catalog management or CRM/ERP platforms.
• Possess fundamental knowledge of interpreting and understanding financial statements.
