Role Overview
We seek an experienced Layout Carpenter highly proficient in the use of theodolite and builder's levels, alongside advanced print-reading capabilities, to join our team in Edmonton, AB.
Key Responsibilities
- Precisely laying out grade beams, columns, and walls to exact specifications.
- Operating theodolite, builder's level, and various standard layout instruments effectively.
- Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and coordinating closely with site supervisors.
- Ensuring quality and operational efficiency are consistently upheld on site.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience as a layout carpenter.
- Comprehensive knowledge of structural layouts, including benchmarks and grid line systems.
- Competence in understanding complex construction drawings.
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working autonomously.
Additional Information
Employment begins as soon as possible. Remuneration is competitive and commensurate with experience. This position is located onsite in Edmonton, Alberta.
