Role Overview

The Merrion Hotel is seeking a full-time Laundry Assistant to join their dedicated team. The role is based onsite with working hours generally spanning 8 hours between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM, requiring flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends across a five-day workweek.

Key Responsibilities

• Carefully sort all linens and apply appropriate stain treatment methods.
• Operate washing and drying machines to process laundry items.
• Sort, fold, and hang laundered items ensuring a high standard of presentation.
• Maintain laundry equipment and alert management to any repair or maintenance needs.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be guest-oriented with strong communication skills in spoken and written English. Multi-tasking ability and a positive contribution to the hotel's culture are essential. Flexibility to adapt to varying work demands is required.
