About the Role
Join CitiusTech Healthcare Technology Pvt Ltd as an L2/L3 Application Support Engineer, supporting critical enterprise-level applications. This role involves working from office locations in Pune, with opportunities potentially extending to Mumbai, Chennai, and Bangalore. Candidates should have between 2 to 6 years of professional experience and be prepared to work rotational shifts across five working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver second and third level production and application support adhering to defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot issues relating to SQL databases, Linux servers, and associated applications.
- Analyze logs rigorously to diagnose root causes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
- Continuously monitor the health of applications and system performance to ensure consistent high availability.
- Manage incident resolution, service requests, and changes within the IT environment effectively.
- Develop and update support documentation and operational procedures to maintain quality and compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Competence in writing SQL queries and troubleshooting complex database issues.
- Proficiency with Linux/Unix commands and administration.
- Expertise in providing L2/L3 support in application production environments.
- Experience in incident and service request management within ITIL frameworks.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem solving using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and incident management processes.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting enterprise applications in production settings and hands-on exposure to monitoring tools and ITIL process knowledge are valuable assets for this position.
Work Conditions
The position requires adherence to rotational shifts and is based on a five-day work week, with work performed from the office.
