About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas used for meal preparation including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
- Unload food and equipment deliveries, appropriately storing them in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and walls to uphold hygiene standards.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks like peeling and washing ingredients.
- Keep freezers, refrigerators, storage, and back-of-house spaces tidy and properly organized.
