Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist customers in choosing bakery and pastry items.
- Manage billing operations including cash and card payments accurately.
- Keep product displays appealing and ensure shelves remain stocked.
- Offer detailed product knowledge and suggest items to customers.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across display areas, counters, and seating sections.
- Communicate with kitchen and production teams regarding product stock levels.
