About the Role

Theobroma Food Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring energetic and customer-oriented individuals for the role of Team Member at their newest outlet in Panchwati, Udaipur. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with a prominent bakery and café brand in India and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service in a QSR environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and manage guest relations effectively.
• Assist in taking orders and supporting food preparation processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold hygiene standards within the store.
• Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate efficiently with team members and support overall store operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Preferably a minimum of one year’s experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
• Candidates with prior work history at brands such as Domino's, KFC, Burger Singh, McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Subway, Wow! Momo, or other similar QSR outlets will be prioritized.
• Fresh candidates possessing a positive attitude and willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
