Job Details

• Full-time position
• Hourly pay rate: $16.00
• Morning shifts
• Workdays: Monday through Wednesday
• Weekly payment schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and upkeep of all floor surfaces through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Use chemical cleaners and power equipment following safety procedures to avoid damaging floors and property.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrances.
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly, including utilizing compactors as needed.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using suitable cleaning agents and equipment.
• Spot clean carpets and assist with carpet shampooing and extraction.
• Restock paper products and sanitary supplies regularly.
• Adhere to the assigned housekeeping schedule.
• Operate heavy cleaning equipment occasionally, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned based on customer requirements and scope of work.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, or at least six months' experience in a janitorial role.
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Training will be provided on the job.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services.
• Knowledge of custodial procedures and standards for commercial cleaning.
• Understanding of floor care techniques such as buffing and waxing.
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus.
