Job Details

• Position is full-time
• Hourly wage of $16.00
• Shifts available in morning and afternoon
• Work days span Monday through Sunday
• Weekly payment schedule

Role Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all floor types by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
• Adhere to safety guidelines for chemical cleaners and power tools to avoid damage
• Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas
• Properly empty trash receptacles and operate compactors when appropriate
• Clean glass surfaces such as windows, partitions, and mirrors with suitable products and equipment
• Spot clean carpets and assist with deeper carpet cleaning tasks like extraction and shampooing
• Restock paper products and hygiene supplies as needed
• Follow established housekeeping schedules diligently
• Occasionally utilize heavy-duty cleaning machinery, including floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers
• Complete other assignments as directed within client work scope or needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or a minimum of six months experience in a janitorial role
• Ability to receive on-the-job training
• Strong attention to detail
• Capability to follow directions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work
• Understanding of custodial procedures and commercial cleaning standards
• Knowledge of floor care including buffing and waxing techniques
• Experience with industrial cleaning or facilities upkeep
