Key Responsibilities

• Manage scanning, transport, and warehouse management systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external IT service providers.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to design reports and integrate various databases, platforms, and systems.
• Plan, develop, and maintain automated processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate and execute support and maintenance processes effectively.
• Develop operational concepts that optimize system functionality.
• Oversee multiple operational processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure monitoring, quality assurance, and adherence to agreed service levels.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience.
• Experience in transport dispatching coupled with solid geographic knowledge.
• Strong IT skills, especially proficiency in MS Office applications with an emphasis on Excel.
• Flexibility, resilience, and assertiveness in a dynamic work environment.
• Effective teamwork skills and a strong commitment to service excellence.
• Good communication abilities and analytical thinking.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Clean criminal record to obtain the reliability check under §7 of the Aviation Security Act.
