Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to conceptualize and implement interior design solutions aligned with client needs. The role involves crafting detailed design plans, collaborating across teams, and overseeing project progress to guarantee quality and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client specifications to generate innovative interior design concepts.
- Produce comprehensive 2D layouts and technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
- Develop 3D models and lifelike visualizations employing SketchUp and appropriate rendering tools.
- Design space configurations including furniture arrangement, ceiling details, elevations, and intricate drawings.
- Liaise with clients, architects, suppliers, and onsite teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Perform site inspections to monitor advancement and confirm design adherence.
- Choose suitable materials, finishes, lighting, colors, and furnishings based on project criteria.
- Incorporate client feedback and project requirements to update designs as needed.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule while upholding quality benchmarks.
