Integrated Solutions Consultant

Role Overview

We are looking for a proficient and strategic Senior Integrated Solutions Consultant to spearhead the design, integration, and implementation of solutions for a modern core banking platform. This position demands extensive knowledge in API-driven architectures, contemporary solution design concepts, and enterprise system integrations. The role involves collaboration with product development, engineering, client delivery, and operations teams to guarantee smooth integration and superior platform performance across various environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of integration strategies for both internal systems and external client setups.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable API-centric solutions aligned with banking industry standards.
• Convert business demands into precise technical requirements and integration processes.
• Act as a technical consultant during client onboarding and implementation stages.
• Work closely with client teams to comprehend their systems and customize integration methods accordingly.
• Deliver hands-on assistance for troubleshooting and enhancing client integrations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap based on integration needs and feedback.
• Coordinate with Engineering to affirm solution designs align with platform capabilities.
• Assist QA and DevOps teams for testing and deployment of integrated solutions.
• Develop and update comprehensive integration documentation, including API manuals, solution blueprints, and configuration guides.
• Conduct training for internal teams and clients on integration best practices and platform functionalities.
• Keep updated with advancements in banking technologies, APIs, cloud-native structures, and integration frameworks.
• Suggest and execute enhancements to integration procedures, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution consulting, systems integration, or technical product management roles.
• Thorough understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth2, and modern integration approaches such as event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Preferred experience working with core banking systems or financial services platforms.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and lead cross-functional projects.
