Job Overview

Join Datadog's Implementation Services team, where you will drive the timely deployment and configuration of the Datadog platform for clients to maximize their operational value. This role involves full project lifecycle management, from initial discovery through to successful platform launch, ensuring an excellent customer journey throughout.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee project plans for multiple implementation engagements concurrently.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and project status to reduce risks and guarantee successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance project management methods, standardize documentation, and optimize workflows.
• Work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of seven years managing technical projects or programs, including scheduling and reporting tasks.
• At least five years in customer-facing roles within services or success-oriented environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation capabilities tailored to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts, tools, and technological environments.
• Willing and able to travel up to 30% by car, train, or plane to regional client sites as needed.
