Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent HR Recruitment Officer to oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for our logistics firm. The ideal candidate will engage in strategic sourcing, maintain close collaboration with hiring managers, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including sourcing, screening, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and facilitating onboarding.
• Source potential employees by leveraging professional platforms and industry-related events to build a pool of qualified candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to clarify job requirements, set selection standards, and support informed hiring decisions.
• Ensure each candidate has a positive and engaging recruitment experience from application through hiring.
• Effectively communicate and negotiate with candidates and stakeholders to uphold smooth recruitment operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a laptop is mandatory for this role.
• Fluency in spoken Hindi is essential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in commerce, arts, or related fields is required.
