Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the housekeeping team by training, scheduling, and guiding members to uphold cleanliness and quality standards within guest rooms.
• Carry out systematic inspections of rooms and common areas, including regular checks of checkout rooms, spot examinations in occupied rooms, and assessments of service areas, storage spaces, and corridors to verify adherence to maintenance and cleanliness standards.
• Identify and communicate maintenance requirements promptly, ensuring timely resolution of any facility-related issues.
• Plan and oversee special housekeeping projects, such as scheduled deep cleaning and other housekeeping initiatives.
• Manage inventory and housekeeping equipment by monitoring stock levels and ensuring equipment upkeep.
• Deliver outstanding service by addressing VIP and special guest requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
