Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks by setting clear goals and action plans.
• Maintain timely, effective communication with internal and external clients via multiple channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Build and nurture client relationships to accurately understand and fulfill their expectations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of company systems, product offerings, and operational procedures.
• Handle complaints and resolve conflicts by negotiating and settling disputes diplomatically.
• Engage in selling and influencing strategies targeted at both internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Make informed decisions and solve problems by thoroughly analyzing issues to find optimal solutions.
• Ensure delivery of top-quality service by guiding and assisting team members to understand guest requirements, providing coaching and feedback as needed.
• Participate in client site inspections and support the sales process as required.
• Perform other duties as necessary aligned with business priorities.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
