Job Overview

We are seeking a Hire Controller to join our Naas branch, tasked with comprehensive support for internal sales activities. This position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, proactively managing hire transactions, and aiding in stock-taking operations.

Primary Duties

• Serve as the initial contact for most clients, ensuring all inquiries, orders, and deliveries are managed efficiently and professionally.
• Actively identify and pursue opportunities to boost sales revenue.
• Manage customer complaints effectively, aiming for satisfactory resolutions.
• Ensure all administrative tasks comply with internal processes.
• Safeguard company assets in accordance with organizational policies.
• Monitor and promote adherence to Health & Safety protocols.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a customer-facing role within an equipment hire or a related environment.
• Capability to handle a diverse and demanding customer base.
• Highly organized with a strong professional ethic.
• Willingness and ability to make operational decisions to meet branch objectives.
• Proficient with computers and related technology.
• Possession of a valid driving licence.
