Role and Responsibilities
The position is full-time within a professional office environment. Primary duties involve managing the helpdesk ticketing system and monitoring cloud infrastructure to maintain seamless IT operations for clients and staff.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant is a self-motivated individual able to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance. Key attributes include proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities, strong organizational and time management skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others. Prior experience of at least one year in a similar helpdesk or administrative support role is essential.
