Job description
Position Overview
The role involves ensuring efficient handling of shipments at FedEx’s facility in Bavaria, Germany. The compensation aligns with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Main Duties
- Ensure smooth loading and unloading processes.
- Sort and inspect packages carefully.
- Enter, process, and scan shipment data into computer systems.
- Perform general quality assurance tasks.
- Communicate effectively within the team and with related departments.
Candidate Profile
- Completion of vocational training is advantageous.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, adaptability, strong communication and teamwork skills.
- English language skills are considered beneficial.
- Possession of dangerous goods knowledge and forklift certification is a plus.
