Your Role as Guest Experience Host
Join our Dunsborough team to engage warmly with new guests, providing outstanding customer service. Your main focus will be to facilitate sales appointments at our resort sales centers and help qualify prospects for tours, ensuring alignment with company standards. You will foster strong connections and seamless service collaboration with the reception team to assist both guests and owners during check-in. Clear communication of the benefits within the Wyndham Destinations community and meeting business targets are critical aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and generate sales appointments at resort sales centers.
- Contribute to tour qualification processes to confirm prospect eligibility.
- Build rapport with customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Collaborate with reception to provide smooth check-in for guests and owners.
- Effectively convey the advantages of traveling with Wyndham Destinations.
- Achieve specific targets and key performance indicators set by management.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- A sincere enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and knowledge of the local area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A positive, self-driven, and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Professional appearance with high grooming standards.
- Proficiency with computers and experience using property management systems, preferably Opera.
- Problem-solving skills to address workplace challenges.
- Availability to work flexible shifts between 7:00am and 11:00pm, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
