Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Groundskeeper to join our team at Park Terrace in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on maintaining the external appearance and upkeep of the community grounds to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained property.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the grounds on a continuous, daily basis to uphold curb appeal.
• Be accountable for the exterior appearance and sanitation of the property.
• Identify and report any exterior property damage or safety concerns to the Property Manager promptly.
• Perform light maintenance tasks to enhance the exterior physical condition as needed.
• Support office staff with leasing initiatives that require exterior property involvement.
• Assist residents with specialized needs whenever required.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills related to physical property issues for overall community benefit.
• Foster a team-oriented environment promoting loyalty, unity, and a positive culture among Envolve personnel.
• Carry out additional duties within the employee's capability as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in groundskeeping.
• Experience in multifamily residential communities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate ranging from $18 to $19 per hour.
