About the Company
Envolve Client Services Group manages apartment communities throughout the southeastern United States with a focus on resident satisfaction and quality living environments.
Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Support in supervising leasing, maintenance, janitorial, and housekeeping personnel.
- Stay current on market competition and regional surveys.
- Ensure weekly activity reports and rental applications are accurate and complete.
- Assist the Community Manager in managing resident requests and assigning tasks.
- Help implement programs to renew leases and retain residents.
- Handle collection, receipting, and documentation of all rent payments, including delinquent accounts.
- Prepare required management reports.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Comprehensive understanding of compliance documentation and deadlines.
- Strong dedication to outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to build and lead teams effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail.
