Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper zoning of the grocery area to ensure it is always prepared for customers.
• Regularly rotate stock, removing expired or damaged goods to uphold product quality and freshness.
• Verify that products are accurately priced and labeled, following established processes for ordering, clearance, markdowns, and signage.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, handling, and cleaning protocols to maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked by handling merchandise stocking, downstocking, product protection, and setting modular displays, including flex and new shelf caps.
• Comply with all health and safety policies to sustain a clean and hazard-free workplace.
• Be flexible with work hours, including availability evenings, weekends, and holidays to support business needs and smooth operations.

• Manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment, especially during overnight shifts, requiring effective time and energy management.

Compensation

The starting wage for this position is $15.50 per hour.
